Creamy Bowl of Oats
Who else loves eating a creamy bowl of oats for breakfast in this cold weather? So comforting and nutritious!
This bowl of traditional contains soluble fibre to keep us full, help prevent high cholesterol and heart disease and keep our digestive system healthy and happy. Not to mention the protein it provides to also help keep us full, help control blood sugar levels and help our constantly regenerating muscles ! I like to top mine with banana but any fruit would be just as delicious!
